Where do I even start?
It’s not even questionable. When the sitting Secretary of State can’t answer a simple question—“Under what legal authority?”—about the U.S. invading a sovereign nation and kidnapping their President and spouse, something is fundamentally broken.
And it’s a straw man argument when people attempt to normalize it by saying Maduro has been a dictator in charge for 10 years, etc. None of that matters, because again: under what legal authority do we invade a foreign country?
For clarity, this question is not rhetorical. International law already answers it.
Below is a brief summary of the core principles established in the United Nations Charter, the foundational document governing relations between sovereign nations:
- Sovereign states are legally equal and their political independence must be respected
- The threat or use of force against another state is prohibited
- No nation may intervene in the internal affairs of another
- Military action is only lawful in cases of self-defense or when explicitly authorized by the UN Security Council
- The seizure of territory, resources, or leadership through force is illegal under international law

When asked if I’m proud to be American, I’d have to say, “No.” To be proud to be American encapsulates support for what the government is doing. And how—or why—should I support a government that acts wholly in HIS interest? I mean, he did say to start a war in order to distract from the release of the Epstein files.
I don’t support genocide.
I don’t support the illegal invasion of a sovereign nation to ultimately steal their resources just because we can.
I don’t support kidnapping migrants and brown-skinned citizens and deporting them.
I don’t support white supremacy.
I don’t support the rich.
I don’t support rapists and pedophiles.
I don’t support “America.”
“America” is dead.
Behold. The festering carcass of American rot shoved into an ill-fitting suit: the sleaze of a conman, the cowardice of a draft dodger, the gluttony of a parasite, the racism of a Klansman, the sexism of a back-alley creep, the ignorance of a bar-stool drunk, and the greed of a hedge-fund ghoul - all spray-painted orange and paraded like a prize hog at a county fair. Not a president. Not even a man. Just the diseased distillation of everything this country swears it isn't but always has been - arrogance dressed up as exceptionalism, stupidity passed off as common sense, cruelty sold as toughness, greed exalted as ambition, and corruption worshipped like gospel. It is America's shadow made flesh, a rotting pumpkin idol proving that when a nation kneels before money, power, and spite, it doesn't just lose its soul - it shits out this bloated obscenity and calls it a leader.
